NexJ Adopts a ‘Safety First’ Approach to Dealing with COVID-19

Support

Our customers will continue to experience the same superior level of support they are accustomed to from our global support organization.

Travel

All business travel has been put on hold immediately. Essential travel needs are being assessed by the Management team on a case-by-case basis.

All personal travel is being discouraged for the time being. Those with plans already scheduled are being asked to review them and check advisories to make informed decisions. All employees who travel are being asked to self-quarantine and work from home for a certain period.

Visitors

External visitors are being restricted, and interviews conducted via video. All employees are also being encouraged to work from home. This isn’t mandatory but may change at short notice.

Hygiene

We continue to emphasize the need to practice good hygiene such as regularly washing hands (or using hand sanitizer if soap is unavailable), avoiding touching one’s face, and staying home when sick. Those in contact with someone who has recently returned from a high-risk travel destination, or who has tested positive for COVID-19, are being asked to let us know as soon as possible.

All kitchens are equipped with disinfectant wipes for employee use. These are some of the proactive measures we have put in place. We appreciate the cooperation of our employees as well as customers and guests in keeping our workplace, and each other, healthy and safe.
